The Chronicles of K.I.T.T.

Joe Huth, the co-author of the popular Knight Rider Legacy book and a good friend to this site over the years, has embarked on a new project: He's building a replica of the Knight Industries Two Thousand, and is attempting to create "the most series accurate version of the Season Three K.I.T.T. hero car."
